Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Made-to-order or print-on-demand items may take up to 7 business days before dispatch.

4. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, followed by a further 14 days to return it.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@elizabethrachael.com within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Faulty items are protected for up to 6 months from the delivery date under UK consumer law.
