Shipping policy

We’re a small independent studio, and every order is packed with care. Below you'll find all the information you need about how and when your order will ship.


Processing Times

  • In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Made-to-order or print-on-demand items (e.g. art prints) may take up to 7 business days to process before shipping.

  • During busy periods (such as Christmas or collection launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer – we’ll always keep you updated via email.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

  • We offer standard UK shipping as well as tracked options.

  • If you select a shipping upgrade (e.g. next-day delivery), only the standard shipping portion is refundable in the event of a return.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once shipped, delays caused by couriers or customs are out of our control, but we’ll always try to help if something goes wrong.


International Orders & Customs

  • We ship worldwide from the UK.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue orders.


Order Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link via email once it’s been dispatched.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas).

  • For UK orders, contact us if it hasn’t arrived after 10 working days.

  • For international orders, contact us after 20 working days.

We’ll do our best to help track down your parcel or arrange a replacement if necessary.


Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can’t be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
